Maintenance Plan

Monthly maintenance contributions received by the Lessor will be pooled over the term of the lease, creating an aggregate pool of monies from which any leased vehicle can draw from.

 

The types of maintenance - service covered under the allowance plan are as follows:

A. Gas Filters: Per manufacturer’s recommended service.

B. Oil Change, Air Filter: Per manufacturer’s recommended service.

C. Tune-Up:Plugs, Points, etc. - Per manufacturer’s recommended service.

D. Brakes: Per manufacturer’s recommended service.

E. Wipers, Lighting, Hoses, Belts: Replaced as needed.

F. General Maintenance, Engine, Heat,

Air Conditioning and Electronics: Repaired as needed.

G. Towing: As required.

 

Administrative Services

§ Coordination of all service appointments via service requests

§ Accident Claim Management

- Accident reports

- Pictures

- Reconciliation of labor hours

- Reconciliation of parts prices

- Coordination with insurance company

§ 24-Hour Access

- Dedicated telephone numbers to handle service calls

- 24-hour access through pager service

§ Vehicle Data Reporting

- Detail service report per vehicle (monthly)

- Monthly pool allowance accounting

- Ad Hoc reports (e.g. average costs)

§ Quality Control

- Roving field personnel checking service centers daily

§ Loaner Vehicles

- Loaner available while lease vehicle is in the shop overnight for mechanical repairs (dependent on location).
