· Ability to lease passenger cars, passenger vans, cargo vans, and trucks.

· Ability to lease all types of equipment, modular building, office furniture, etc.

· Variable length leasing (6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and month lease terms) with extension provisions

· Financial and Operational lease terms.

· Full insurance coverage is available for vehicles and equipment using Standard & Poors rated insurers.

· Vehicles/Equipment are delivered with full customs clearance, registration and inclusive of all taxes.

· Supervising the servicing of the leases and maintenance of the vehicles through an organized program, including an itemized monthly reporting process .

· A standardized set of Western style lease documents, which are adapted for use in multiple countries, and allow CFL to finance the transactions with U.S. and European-based financial institutions.

· Partnership agreement with the Bukkehave Group, under which CFL provides leasing and fleet management solutions to Bukkehave clients.

· Working arrangements with Caterpillar International, ATCO Europe Ltd., International Truck, Streit Manufacturing, Supreme Truck Body, Inc. and others to provide lease solutions to their clients in various developing countries.  Additional referral relationships are under discussion and negotiation.

· A group of funding banks in place, which purchase the income stream (lease receivables) from leases generated by CFL.
