Equipment/vehicle is delivered ready for use

Option #1:  All import taxes, fees, acquisition/road taxes, registration fees and technical inspection fees (over the lease term) may be included in the Base Monthly Lease Rate.

Option #2:  Vehicles/equipment may be delivered and consigned to the lessee under tax free status if the lessee is so organized.

 

Lease Type

· The lease is a standard western style document with allowances for use and operation of vehicles and equipment in the country of use

· Lease pricing subject to local duties and/or taxation where applicable

· Refundable security deposit may be requested – operational lease

· Allowable kilometers – 30,000 annually, 25¢/km overage – operational lease

· Level quarterly payments — No cash or lump sum down payment

· Assignment clause to another corporate lessee

· Payments may be made in US dollars or local currency

· Corporate guarantee may be required

· Insurance or self-insurance is required
